JOB TITLE Good Neighbour North Organiser
LOCATION At home and across the north part of Rural West Cheshire
Primary Purpose
Working with a group of volunteers, to run OPAL’s Good Neighbour service (including Telephone Friends) for older people living at home in the north part of rural West Cheshire. Thereby support physically and/or mentally frail older people, who are socially isolated, to continue living at home either on their own or with family/friends.

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE Branching Out Organiser
LOCATION Helsby , Ashton Hayes and Farndon
Primary Purpose
To coordinate and manage a series of informal, community-based groups including some that offer drop-in sessions. These are aimed at people who are struggling to remain connected within their communities and their networks of friends and family. These sessions make use of certain vehicles which deliver this service, and this has up to now included food and cooking , craft and allotment activity but could be extended further.
