When making a new referral to OPAL please view our “Ready to Refer” leaflets below for guidance before completing the referral form:
- We support adults over 70 years of age who reside within rural West Cheshire. Unfortunately, we cannot support those who are in a care home setting.
- We support carers over 60 years of age living or supporting someone across rural West Cheshire.
