Your Donations Matter
We are most grateful for financial support through donations – great or small – and these may be used for specific purposes defined by the donor, or for general purposes such as outings, buying or upgrading equipment, and supporting events.
One off donations can be made by cheque, cash or online.
Cheques should be made payable to “OPAL Services (Rural West Cheshire)” and either posted or handed over in person to any of our Organisers or any Trustee – Contact us for details.
Cash donations should be made directly to any of our Organisers or any Trustee – please do not send cash by post.
If you wish your donation to be used for a specific purpose, please make this clear to us (preferably in writing), and we will make sure that we carry out your wishes.
Remember us in your will
Legacy donations – great or small – may be made in your will to help us after your death. If you wish your donation to be used for a specific purpose, we will make sure that we carry out your wishes.
At this time of national coronavirus crisis and the need for people over 70 to remain in their homes and socially distant from friends and family, OPAL Services is working harder than ever to counteract the very real issues of social isolation, loneliness and impact on mental wellbeing.
By donating to OPAL Services, you will help us reach the older people in rural West Cheshire who need us most by providing:
- Friendship and reassurance through our regular telephone befriending services.
- Telephone support to help the over 60’s stay in touch with family and friends using laptops, phones and tablets.
- Distribution of our fun and friendly weekly newsletter called OPAL Reach.
All money raised will go to supporting those who need us the most and the money raised will go to where the needs are greatest.
Thank you for donating today.
