GoOnLine is a drop-in service which helps older people in rural areas, including OPAL Club members, to learn how to access the internet, with one-to-one support of volunteers. The service aims to foster use of the internet to pursue peoples’ personal interests.

Our GoOnLine drop-in sessions will be held in the following venues:
Frodsham: The Queens Head, 92 Main Street, WA6 7AR.
The service runs on Mondays and the sessions run from 10.30am to 12.30pm. The next sessions will be held on September 25 and October 9 & 23.
Oakmere: The Lounge, Chester Road CW8 2HB.
The service runs on Tuesdays and the sessions run from 10am to 12 midday. The next sessions will be held on October 3, 17 & 31.
Kingsley: WT Gibson Ltd, Kingsley Mill, Mill Lane, Kingsley, Cheshire WA6 8JA.
The service runs on Tuesdays and the sessions run from 10 am – 12 midday. The next sessions will be held on October 10 & 24.
Manley: Village Hall, Tarvin Road, Manley, Cheshire WA6 9EL
The service runs on Wednesdays and the sessions run from 10.00 am to 12 pm. The next sessions will be held on October 11 & 25.
Cotebrook: Alvanley Arms, Cotebrook, Nr Tarporley CW6 9DS
The service runs on Thursdays and the sessions run from 10 am to 12 midday. The next sessions will be held on September 28 and October 12 & 26.
Farndon: Lewis’ of Farndon Coffee Shop, High Street, Farndon CH3 6PU.
The service runs on Thursdays and the sessions run from 9.30 am to 1130am. The next session will be held on October 19.
Tilston: The Carden Arms, Church Road, Tilston, Nr Malpas, Cheshire SY14 7HB
The service runs on Thursdays and the sessions run from 10.00 am to 12 pm. The next sessions will be held on October 5 and November 2 & 30.

Wednesday 4 October from 10am – 12 noon at Carriages, New Russia Hall, Chester Road, Gatesheath, Chester CH3 9AH.
This session focuses on comparing utility costs / switching energy providers and collective switching.
In November we will be holding a session for both carers and others on Accessing Health Care Information and Keeping Safe at Home on:
Wednesday 1 November from 1pm – 3pm at Frodsham Community Centre, Fluin Lane, Frodsham, WA6 7QN.`
